 Hola!!! Happy Sunday!

Well, so far my Sunday is an ordinary one: sitting at home watching some football. The colts are getting the piss beat out of them by the steelers. I can't wait to watch the bears beat the panthers. A regular weekend. I had a party for work on Friday. It was nice to go out and mingle with work buddies. Yesterday I sat on my ass and watched movies.

I am sorry for people who feel someone's day and weekend highlights are boring. Since (for now) my blog is strictly like a journal. My main reason behind blogging is to write about and clarify me day's thoughts and happenings. Others write stories, and create some comedic blogs. Me . . . I just like to write about my life. Boring for you? Most likely!!! Do I care? Probably not. So, here goes . . .

I am 21 years old and have already been in a 12 step program (2 actually.) I should be seeing a shrink or be heavily medicated. My over-analyzing problem only gets worse. I try to stay in watch TV or play around on the Internet, but I seem to get antsy. (I also believe I have a severe case of attention deficit disorder.) Then on, let's say, a Wednesday life I'll go out and drink whatever I haven't been drinking since Saturday. I am figuring more and more out about myself. You see, at 21 I feel your life can take a turn for the worse, or for the best. All my friends (or at least most of them) lead particularly normal lives for young adults. Their week consists of college classes (whether locally at a community college or far away at a four year university.) They work in malls and as waitresses, at night our in the late afternoon. Me, I get up at 5:30 AM to shower and get dressed for my nine to five. I live in the south suburbs, so I get on the 7:04 AM train to the city. I work (most of the time) a nine hour day. I go home, watch TV, do laundry, and get to bed around 9:00 PM. Not really exciting, but hey, it pays well and I have benefits. It is funny and depressing all at the same time. I laugh and wan to cry all at the same time because I always imagined myself doing something a little more glamorous. So now I will be a 21 year old freshman in college (at Columbia) next fall. Hopefully learning and training to do something more interesting with my life. It may take some time, but I am mainly trying to stay pleasant and positive. It gets pretty hard. Well more later!!!

Hello world!!! I hope you are ready for me!!!

Hola everyone (or no one?). I am CKittyD. I basically just find that at the end of everyday, writing a little something on what happened or who I saw can make things a lot more clear!!! So, feel free to write about anything: your day, work, friends, family, etc. Hope other people find writing as stress relieving as me. Well, one person commented, but that is about what I expected. I am going to write what I want to, most likely to everyone's dismay. I work downtown in Chicago, and today A bum tried to knock my extremely large McDonald's cups out of my hands. Knock them out of my hands!!! Can you believe it? Why me? Why the person who always manages to give her spare change, and on 32 cent hamburger day, buys a hamburger for about five people sitting in the street, in the cold? I guess if everything made sense, or if everyone knew everything we wouldn't blog. More tomorrow! 'Til then. . . you stay classy Chicago!!!
